Oldschool sleeper: Golf 928

Sleepers aren’t that young. Around 20 Golf sleepers, Golf 928, were build by Hanover based tuning company back in late 70s. 928 means that they were based on shortened Porsche 928 chassis and Porche’s stock V8 that developed 240HP – enough to get VW up to 240 kph. The interior was kept stock from 928 too.

We’d love to see BMW and Mercedes drivers’ confused faces while passing though in RWD Golf 928.
