Looks like this Audi Q7 pickup Truck isn’t photoshop joke. It is real, but there’re no comments whether it is redesigned regular Q7 or VW Amorok  with Audi’s bodywork. We’ll probably get more information about this Q& pickup at the Frankfurt Auto Show.
