Koenisegg Agera R

When it comes to putting out expensive supercars that possess intimidating power, one of the few brands that you can rely on is Koenisegg. These guys have released models that have the capabilities to put the Lamborghinis and Ferraris of the world to shame. Last year they unveiled the Koenigsegg Agera, packed with more than 900HP, advanced technologies, and a design which made it one of the most stunning cars in recent memory. Now, they introduce the new Koenigsegg Agera R.

The new Koenigsegg Agera R has the capability to put out a spectacular 1,115HP. This is a significant increase from the original 910HP. Due to this performance, it has required Michelin to develop tires that are capable of running smoothly and without any hiccups at speeds topping 418km/h.

The engine, a 5.0-liter V8, requires the Biofuel E85 in order to give out maximum performance and reach the mentioned 1,115HP. Without  E85 the performance and power would be reduced a little. Tipping the scales at 1,330kg, lighter than the Bugatti Veyron by half ton, its performance is not only determined by power but also in the Koenigsegg Agera R’s light weight.
